GetResponse in French

So here we are again with yet another language! Parlez-vous Français? Well if you do, we’re happy to announce that GetResponse is now available in French.

French is estimated to have around 128 million native speakers and 390 million second language speakers. And did you know it is the second most studied language in the world, after English?

It’s also an official language in 30 countries and of all United Nations agencies and many international organizations. In the European Union, it is the third-most widely spoken mother tongue.

We could hardly ignore these facts showing the importance of French in the world. So the entire GetResponse interface has been translated into French.

French speakers can now compose messages and manage their newsletter campaigns and sign up forms in their native language − which we hope will provide a whole new, more efficient – and more enjoyable – experience.

To start using the French version today, log in to your GetResponse account, and in the footer you will be able to select French as your language. Just choose the right hand flag from the “Choose your language” option and you’re en français!

As always, if you want to share your impressions, have any questions, or feel that some translated text could be improved, just write and let us know all about it!

Excellent! This is a good news for our clients.

Will you be adding affiliate links to promote the french version of the site?

That is cool. I wonder in proportion to the total base of GetResponse users, how many of them are in places where French is spoken.

I find interesting that French is the second most studied language in the world. I see it somewhat as something remarkable, French is a language that is not necessarily the easiest in my opinion.

@Tikyd, we now have over a thousand French-speaking users (or at least from what we can tell). French is not the easiest language, you’re right, but on the other hand, it is a really beautiful language, don’t you think? ;) Cheers.

@Stephanie, we’re actually preparing to launch the French version of GR afiliate program very soon, so all the promoting materials will be available in French as well.
