GetResponse Instant Search

Using your GetResponse account has just become much easier. If you’ve ever wondered how to search for a specific phrase in a newsletter or web form, now you can do it … in an instant.

You may have noticed that in the top right-hand corner there is now a field that allows you to search for text strings in your GetResponse account pages.

The search will return the results in real time and allow you to find any text within:

  • Messages – both newsletters and follow-ups
  • Contacts – subscriber names and email addresses
  • “From” fields
  • Campaigns
  • Surveys
  • Web forms
  • Media files
  • Web pages within your account
  • GetResponse FAQs

As you type in your search phrase, GetResponse Instant Search will display a list of matching phrases within the categories mentioned above.

You’ll see the top 5 results for each category, and if there’s more, you can go to a separate page with the results by clicking “Show All”. Clicking on the results will send you to the source of the text you’re looking for.

No more wasting time searching endless lines and pages of text. Now you’ll be able to find any content in any newsletter, web form or media file without having to spend time you don’t have browsing through your entire account.

Log in to your GetResponse account and see for yourself. And be sure to let us know what you think about your new Instant Search.

This is a great feature however I miss the internal scroll bar feature you used to have in compose mode because now you have to continually scroll up and down the page over and over from top menu bar to the message portion that you want to edit every time you make a change.

Dear ladies and gentlemen at getresponse,

I do appreciate your product. Some of the features in your product seem to be targeting the English speaking community only.

I do have a question, which is the following: Do you have a manual or any other form of media, which is explaining your product in “German”?

If so, please let me know where to find it!

    Kind regards from Germany

    Gerhard

    Hi Gerhard,
We’re currently working on various language versions other than English. Unfortunately a German description of GetResponse is not available yet, but it will definitely be there in the next couple of months. We’ll be informing you on our blog so be sure to check it. :)
