New GetResponse Email Campaign Archive!

We are very pleased to introduce a brand new feature to help you expand your audience and extend the marketing value of your emails. With the new GetResponse Email Campaign Archive, you can create a fully branded web site offering one-click access to your email promotions, articles and newsletters!

Your archive is automatically updated every time you send out something new, so you don’t have to do a thing except add your custom touches and promote it! You’ll be astonished how easy it is to brand the archive homepage with your own logo, graphics, videos, and more. And of course it comes with easy social media sharing options to spread your story and attract new subscribers. Just insert your sign up form and you’re open for visitors!

Think of your GetResponse Email Campaign Archive as a virtual business card, resource library, and product showcase – all in one! And you don’t need any technical or web skills to make your branded site a place your target audiences will want to visit over and over again.

Just go to your campaign settings , and choose RSS-WebArchive  and start customizing your archive homepage:

  • add your company logo, change the title and description of your archive homepage
  • write a welcome message
  • add photos and video
  • insert sign up form and start growing your permission-based contact list
  • promote your social media pages by adding “Become a fan on Facebook” or Follow us on Twitter” or RSS a channel

Once you’re done, start promoting your email campaign showcase across the Internet. Put links to your archive in your newsletters, promotions, invitations, and more! Remember, this ad never stops running!

Hi, I’m new to getresponse and have noticed that the video tutorials I have watched
seem to be for an old layout of the dashboard. Has the ability to customize your rss / newsletter archive been removed? The RSS/WebArchive settings tab is no longer showing…

Hi Lisa, we’re working on the new tutorials, and in the meantime, you’ll find the link to your newsletter directory (web archive) in the Profile tab in the settings. With the new Email Creator, your emails are automatically published in Web Archive, and if you’re using the old editor, you’ll see a “Publish to RSS” option in the last step, just before sending out the newsletter. Hope this helps – let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi. Is there a way to just choose which emails show up on the archive page?

But still, how can I tailor-made this Web Archive page? Seems to me no where I can change the layout of the webpage. Thank you.

Go to your Campaign settings (the icon in the top right corner of the panel, next to the window where you choose your campaign) and then to your Profile tab – you can add a logo, description, etc.
