The time of giving has come and we have something to give you. With every new account you create, you’ll get instant access to our latest great feature – Inbox Preview.
As we’ve already informed you on our blog, Inbox Preview is our new solution that helps you preview the designs of your emails in various email clients BEFORE you hit the “send” button.
Email clients currently available for preview
- Yahoo! Mail Classic
- Yahoo! Mail New
- Aol Mail
- OSX Mail 5.1
- Outlook 2003
- Outlook 2007
- Outlook 2010
- Outlook Express
- Thunderbird 2
- Thunderbird 3
- Windows Live Mail
- Windows Mail
While this list covers the vast majority of email traffic, we’re already working on more email clients.
How does this work?
When you create your next (or first) email, the button that sends a test email now has a little drop down menu. Choose “Inbox Preview” to automatically render the images of your newsletter in various email clients.
Now sit back and relax for up to 2 minutes – then see what your newsletter will look like. If you spot distortions in any email clients, you’ll be able to adjust the code and avoid potential errors.
You’ll see a preview of how your images and buttons display, how the text is formatted, and whether some elements don’t display at all (or whether things appear that shouldn’t be there, e.g. image borders).
(and this by the way is one of our cool holiday templates ;))
Of course, you can still send a test email by choosing the other option from the button menu. Sending the email to your inbox will allow you to test links and spot potential functional errors.
With the two tests combined, you’ll now be sure you’re sending exactly the message you want.
Simply set up an account. Or if you already have a free account, upgrade to a paid account to instantly gain access to Inbox Preview at no additional cost, to enjoy a whole range of new possibilities and a broader perspective on your newsletter design.
Hurry up! The promo ends on 2 January.
Already a customer? No worries – we’ll be rolling the feature to all our existing customers over the coming weeks.
