Never received any follow-up after the intial contact. Forgot all about it. Never used it.

  • Cathyfernandes12

it was ok but i dont know much about websites and hosting so its a bit complicated for me.

I think the email creator is a much more fun way to create emails. It seems like its mostly a reordering of most of the same features into a more user friendly interface, but I think it’s more organized and more fun to use.

  • Claudette

Sort of disappointed because I can’t upload or embed any video messages and unless I code the page, it’s more limiting.

I will need to re-learn what’s there. Not sure if I like it or not.

I have been playing around with it and so far looks good. I have stalled on previous newsletter campaigns before because of interface challenges, but this much more user friendly. I have a couple campaigns in the works and excited to get my list building going.

  • Abderrahimjobs

    nice mouvement! it looks good

I was a little skeptical of it at first because it looked a bit “hyped”…BUT…now I am unleashing the power of emotions from my readers using the new creator tools!!! I can use the creator to give my messages a little “Controversy” or “Excitement”, or even a little “Scarcity”, and greatly improve my goal of “warming up” my lists. Thanks gang!!! Good job GR!!!

I hate it with a passion – way too bulky and time consuming. I know it was likely made to help less techy people and that’s fine – just please don’t take away the old system.

  • josephoeseruthtata

I like it, very very nice.

  • John Downley

I absolutely love the new editor and I’m sure I’ll love the t-shirt as well :-) Seriously though, the new email creator is making my life a ton easier. I’ve stopped using HTML code and Dreamweaver to build my newsletters, and rely 100% on the new GetResponse editor.

  • Michael Davies

As a relative newbie to emailing, lists and newsletters, I found the GetResponse Email creator to be simple to use and therefore very friendly. Usually I expect to come across difficulties and expected some to arise with my use of the Email Creator but, no such problems arose.

  • arief

    Good ide ….
e-mail creator can give fun e-mail for customer and more user friendly

  • Kart Poldsam

I like it very much, now it’s more easier to create newsletters.

  • Marsha

Love the idea, but I want to be able to move the modules around. That was a disaster and a waste of time. I KNOW it will get better. The problem is, I don’t have a way of knowing when problems like that have been solved (or at least, you think they are solved) so I don’t know when to give it a try again. Overall a HUGE step in the right direction, I would just like to know when major updates have been implemented so I know when to give it another try. Thanks!

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Marsha, you can move the modules around and duplicate them or resize them the way you want, however, we’re still working on this to make the experience as smooth and seamless as possible for you.

Thanks very much for your feedback – and stay tuned to our blog as well Facebook and Twitter pages where we inform about the latest improvements and changes to the whole system, including the Email Creator.

The idea is great guys – keep going! but it is still buggy and very “heavy” – Google chrome crashed several times with the editor and sometimes it is just so damn slow…

    - Also, the lack of an HTML editor is very annoying to me – please bring it back.
    - The cursor can not be placed at a random location but only at the beginning of the segment and then needs to be navigated around with the arrow keys.
    - It would be great to be able to change the title without going through the whole process with the “next” buttons.
    - direction button missing for RTL languages, although right CTRL and SHIFT does the job. But not everyone knows that.

    Thanks for the support!
    keep it p ;)

As a graphic designer, I appreciate how beautiful the new template options are and how easy it is to manipulate text and images. GetResponse has really classed email up. The time travel feature is also really inventive, although I haven’t used it yet. I do think delivery time is of the utmost importance and many of my contacts are scattered throughout the globe. I appreciate the changes. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Kali

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Claudette, thanks very much for the comment, we’re currently working on allowing to include video so will let you know as soon as it’s available!

Nice idea Now to create a newsletter is more fun.
For me who is new on getresponse I must get used to -)

  • http://www.brahmakumaris.gr/ Sotiris Angelopoulos

It has fun ! Many Thanx ! It’s user friendly – simple and playful. I’m only working on this platform now and tests prove it’s uniformity of results in many browsers. I’m sure there going to be improvements as we go along (maybe a “Save as…” for different name option / maybe a table-tool to navigate us better through the structure of columns and rows) ! Well done GR !

  • Hl Shua

I like the T-shirt,it look like so beautiful!

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Soren, sorry to hear that but maybe you could give it another try sometime soon – we’re continuously improving it, also thanks to you Guys, our Customers, who let us know about their experiences with the tool.

Apart from the drag&drop editor you still have the HTML editor to work with, and we’re bringing new features to the Email Creator soon, so it can serve both beginners and advanced users equally well.

    Thanks for the comment!

  • Aaron Bradley

As a newbie, I have to disagree with Michael D. I found this program very difficult to use, it seems to me that it doesn’t set up emails at all, just newsletters and they weren’t in English. Maybe I did something wrong, I don’t know, but I couldn’t get it to work for me.

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Aaron, GetResponse gives you all the tools you need to create your own newsletters and follow up messages you can then send your subscriber list.

The text you can see in the predesigned temlplates is just there to mark up the space, but you can – and in fact should – replace it with your own contents that you want to send out to your list.

If you need help with your email marketing, why don’t you first visit our Learning Center – you’ll find tutorials there that will show you how to start benefiting from sending out newsletters and follow ups to your list and how to build that list, too.

We also organize free educational webinars, publish guides and tutorials – and most of all, we’re really willing to help!

  • Imad Muratspahic

The new email creator is absolutely amazing and I love it. My ratings for it are : 10/10. Just keep up the good work ! GetResponse is the best !

  • Drewwwww

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I LOVE IT. ITS SO HELPFULLLLLLLL thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU <3

  • Robert Neal

I like the templates, but they would be easier to customize if they were printed in english. Also, if you use a tinyurl link it works when you send a test message, but does not work when you publish the template to your mail list. Somehow it tags a bunch of other junk on the tinyurl and when you click on the button the site will come back as not found.

  • Alexis Caire

I think is excellent, graphics, is very friendly, the use is also very easy, I just have 27 days I don’t change GetResponse, this is my auto responder for ever.
    Simply the best.

  • Christine P

Thank you Get Response for this helpful, easy and quick template tools. Photos are beautiful and it is easy.
One negative point I am sure can be improved: I have chosen a three column template; Once it has been created and saved, the vertical columns are in line with each others. However, after being sent and depending on the email support, the columns of the template have moved and do not show in alignment with each others.
Even being perfectly adjusted from the start, once sent the alignment has been modified. I have attempted to tweak the alignment before sending it. It does work with some email providers meaning the delivery of the template has improved but still not perfect, but for other email providers the templates look even worst…
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
    Many Thanks

  • Phil

I was very excited about the new features until I saw how they were not incorporated for those of us who take the time do use our own templates. I can code in HTML, but my supervisor (who puts the newsletters together) cannot. WYSIWYG for user templates was a big plus, and now the functionality is gone.

Switching from standard to user designed templates shouldn’t result in a loss of function. Plain and simple.

  • Ridha Abdelli

Personally love the new editor and certainly the t-shirt as well :-) I appreciate the work, the new email creator is offering to make things easier. I’ve waved bye to the HTML code and Dream-weaver to create my newsletters, and only use the new Get Response editor.

  • Ashley Brookshire

Its very user friendly. I love all of the graphics as well. Very aesthetically pleasing. Good job guys! Job well done!

  • Kaiqjung

    It’s great.

  • carl Matson

Good service, much more user friendly than before.
    Thanks

  • Pierce Hogan

With so many other people sending emails out there, you need to set yourself apart from the pack. This new email creator will definitely help with that! Now I can provide an even greater experience for my subscribers. Thanks a lot GetResponse!

  • Kisbedozak

I start with GetResponse, but I appreciate very much the New Email Creator which is very innovative. It is like a landing page that will present to the customer as soon as the first contact. And gives an overview (focus) of the products offered by the provider.

  • Vasiliki Vourda

I think it’s very easy to use, very usefull and I’m about to use it for my very first client! Thank you!

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Christine, thanks a lot, we’ll certainly have a look at what you’re describing here!

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Hi Robert, are you by any chance sending the newsletter with the Google Analytics option switched on? It then indeed adds tracking code to the link and this might be the source of your problem.

As for the templates, we’re using a standard text in Latin all designers across the world use to mark up the text in newsletter or website designs, but it can be easily changed to whatever text you want to include in your newsletters. :)

    Hope this helps!

  • Shanalee Robinson

I think GetResponse is doing a great job. I appreciate the changes. Its a lot more organized and user friendly. It allows me to provide a greater experience for my subscriber’s and makes things a lot easier. Thanks, Shana

  • Roger Bicknell

    Absolutely GREAT!!!

  • Ronde05

Great templates, user friendly, and helps you distinguish your e-mails from the run-of-the-mill. i am totally pleased with E-Mail Creator and hope to be using the other features in the very near future. Thank you GR for an easy to use tool.

  • Lisa Charles

Just coming to the end of our trial period and overall we are really impressed with the email creator, so much so that we have left Aweber to join GetResponse! Initially I was experiencing regular crashing and freezing, but soon worked out that it was because I was pasting in text directly from Microsoft word. I resolved this by copying text into notepad first before I pasted it into the template – it would be useful for this to be noted somewhere when you begin the process for people who would not have a clue what was happening and maybe wouldn’t persevere as I did, concluding instead that it didn’t work very well. Love the ease of adding, moving and duplicating blocks and the interface is nice. So far the only other thing that is bugging me is the social media icons – I would like the facebook and twitter icons to sit together rather than on two separate lines – there is too much wasted space and it doesn’t look right. May I cheekily say that Aweber got this aspect spot on in their email creator that they have also just launched, although you got everything else right though – lol. For now, I’ll just upload my own social media icon images and hyperlink them. But overall really enjoying it, love the iStockphoto integration – which for me is a deal maker – and look forward to the improvements!

Many thanks. Lisa & Anthony Charles

  • Sharonsmith849

Love it best thing ever sharon

  • Karolina_Stefanowicz

Thanks Lisa & Anthony, we really appreciate that! And yes, the adding of social media icons will definitely be improved :)

  • Readyforheaven

As this time, (trial period), I really can’t say that it has helped me one bit. However, we will see what is in store for the future.

  • Kjell

I have just tried one time. To be a newbe I found easy to use and I thik it is a great product. Sorry I can’t give you any adwise how to make it better.
