The All-New GetResponse [New Release Info Available]

We love sharing our news with you. And today’s announcement is huge, because you’re about to see the all-new GetResponse!

This summer, you’ll experience an entirely different version of your favorite platform – now your command center for all your online marketing. Want to take a look inside?

Why the change?

You’ve probably noticed we really value your feedback. So we listened to all our customers’ comments and requests, and decided it was time for a change. A huge change.

You’ve seen us add features like webinars and marketing automation. But we knew we could do even more to make GetResponse your complete marketing platform. As well as more user-friendly. Or as I like to say, people-friendly.

So our brilliant UX designers, developers, product managers, content strategists, and marketers have worked hard for months to make that happen.

All-new, all-in-one

The new GetResponse isn’t just better looking. We’ve completely redefined the way we think about GetResponse and online marketing. In fact, we’ve built a brand new platform to bring you a fully integrated, all-in-one online marketing software experience.

What’s new?

Everything. The new GetResponse has six fully integrated modules, working together to streamline your marketing activities, like email creation and workflow management. At the heart of it all are now your contacts, powering all of the modules from a single source, and keeping them synced with data that’s always up to date. So you can easily track your leads and customers at every stage of their journey.

New GetResponse Architecture

It’s clear and transparent. And no matter how many modules you use, you get a birds-eye look at your results, to take the best next step. Meet your new dashboard.

New GetResponse Dashboard

Here’s what you get at a glance:

  • New platform architecture with fully integrated products. So you can build clear communications with your audience – and get a complete picture of each customer.
  • Fully customizable interface that adapts to how you work. So you can see all the data you need to make the right decisions.
  • Widget-based dashboard to set up your own unique management hub.
  • New sleek design and layout for easier navigation – and the best possible experience.

How does that sound?

Well, that’s not all folks! We’re also rolling out the new…

Customer Relationship Management tool (beta)

In 1998, our CEO Simon Grabowski launched GetResponse as a simple autoresponder service. Then it became an email marketing platform. We later added landing pages, webinars, and marketing automation.

But one big part of the online marketing puzzle was missing. Until now. We’re thrilled to show you the beta version of our new CRM system – part of the new GetResponse platform.

GetResponse CRM

Ever wished you could manage your sales pipeline in one interface, instead of integrating and paying for different services? Now you can! With our CRM, you can streamline your sales and marketing with one easy-to use, scalable tool. Without spending big on extra software – or hiring more people.

UPDATE: We’ve rolled out the new GetResponse to a large group of customers in several languages

The new GetResponse is now available in 11 language versions, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and more. We’re currently working on all the other language versions available in GetResponse, so stay tuned!

This includes both existing accounts, and all new ones set up from now on (including free trial accounts).

If you have questions or comments, let us know below this post and we’ll do our best to help!

UPDATE: We’ve rolled out the new GetResponse to the first lucky group

Yay! It’s finally happening – today, the first group of selected customers, including those of you that signed up for beta tests last week, will be able to make the switch to the new GetResponse. Not in this group and can’t wait to try it yourself? Don’t worry – we’ll be rolling it out to all paying customers (who use the English version) all throughout June.

We’re now entering the phase of heavy testing with the invaluable help of some of you, our customers, and will be collecting your feedback to make sure the product exceeds your expectations. If you’re among those who got early access to the new GetResponse, let us know what you think in the comments below. If you’re still waiting, let us know your expectations!

What you need to know

I know you probably have lots of questions. So I’ll answer a few for you:

  • We’ll be rolling out the new interface gradually over the next few months. We’ve started in June with US English accounts, and we’ll be releasing other language versions by the end of 2017.
  • Want to see it sooner and be a beta tester? Just sign up using the form below.
  • You can still use the old version, while we beta test the new one. And you can switch back at any time (but I don’t think you’ll want to!) UPDATE: For newly setup accounts, only the new version is available from now on.
  • You’ll pay the same for your account as you do now.
  • During the beta phase, you can keep using the CRM tool with your paid account. To keep using it after we’re out of beta, you’ll need at least a Pro account.
  • Multi-user access will not be available in the new interface until the beta phase ends. For now, you’ll only be able to use it with the old version of GetResponse.
  • You might find some features missing or incomplete in the beta version. Don’t worry – we’re working to get everything ready for the final release.

Of course, our team is always here to help. So just let us know if you have any other questions.

Not just email marketing. All your marketing.

Now you can do it all: collect and nurture leads, and close sales. With all the data at your fingertips, in one easy-to-use platform. That’s what the new GetResponse really means for you.

Soon you can see it for yourself. And I bet you’ll be as excited as we are!

So stay tuned while we keep working to bring you the new GetResponse experience. And watch this space for updates!

  • Looks very nice. Looking forward to trying it out.

  • Thomas

This is awesome! Love it guys. Well done. I’m really looking forward testing it all.
The CRM is exactly what I need now. BOOM!

  • Kamran Akbarzadeh

This is great. I like Get Response especially marketing automation and work flows. However, I have noticed couple of major issues (at least for me) that I’d hope you’d take care of: 1- GetResponse forms are not mobile friendly which is a surprise especially that it is now a must to have. 2- I’d like to see expiring links as part of GetResponse future features. This will be a great feature for marketing campaigns and limited time offers. Although, evergreen timers can help, still expiring links that can go into the email is key for me. I am looking for a solution for this but I have not been able to find one. Seems that has a solution but it is costly.

  • Michal Leszczynski

Thanks a lot for your kind words and for the constructive feedback Kamran :-). The expiring links seem like a perfect match with our current set of tools so I’m going to go ahead and pass it directly to our development team. As for the Forms, it’s on our roadmap to rebuild them so we’ll keep you posted as we get them ready! Once again, thanks for your feedback Kamran 🙂

  • Michal Leszczynski

Great to hear that @disqus_odPR8zuygL:disqus! we’re especially thrilled about the CRM too :-), it will make our job in the marketing department so much easier.

  • Michal Leszczynski

    Thanks @bakarichavanu:disqus 🙂

  • You guys rock. Can’t wait to see the new platform.

  • Lisa

This looks great! I’m curious if you’re going to include affiliate tracking within the system?

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Thanks Don! Stand by and you’ll get to test it soon 🙂

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi Lisa, thanks! The affiliate program remains as it is now – so no changes here. Is there anything in particular you’d like to see?

  • Lisa

Hi Karolina, yes what I would like to see is affiliate tracking software system that tracks affiliate links for JV partners during launches or when they sell one of your programs/services. Systems similar to some of your competitors. Thanks!

  • Amazing!!

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Thanks Miguel, we tend to agree 😉

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi @disqus_npVtjo7NB9:disqus, our Affiliate Manager will reach out to you to discuss this. Thanks again for the feedback!

  • The new dashboard not only lets me view my campaigns for instant insight, it also encourages me to connect with prospects and customers more often and in more ways through the available tools. Very motivating for my future plans!

  • I am a registered beta tester, but still no CRM form me 🙁

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi @miguelacp89:disqus , let me check back with the team. Could you send me your login email to: Thanks!

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Thanks Shirley! Glad to hear that!

  • Shila Klavins

I signed up to be a beta tester, but haven’t heard anything. Would love to see and try the new GetResponse.

  • Would LOVE to test the CRM… we are currently in a holding pattern with our old one, but need to make a decision soon!
Hold the phones!!! I just logged back in and I have access!!!! So excited!!!

  • Is it easy to use? Simple?

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi Shila, can you send me your login email to: I’ll check back with the team to see when you can expect to have the new GetResponse enabled in your account.

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Great!!! Make sure to let us know what you think! We’re open to any and all feedback – we really want to make this tool as useful and easy to use as possible.

  • Adam

Congratulations! I have been with GR for quite a while now. Honestly saying, I am not super user. I pay for it, but only use occasionally to send newsletters. No blames here, only myself for not taking full advantage of it. This may be the reason I was not included in Beta or missed to sign up (?)
At the moment I use free CRM with Hubspot, but it will be good to switch sometime in the future to GR when finances allows it. I love you guys and I will stay to support you. I hope to take advantage of everything in the near future.
By the way, in one of Groups on FB people are crazy about AC and Drip. They recommend to each other, saying how advanced and easy they are and so on. I`m committed to GR. Great and always available Live Support and quick replies to emails. Besides, I think GR have enough features for my needs at the moment. I look forward to June and then soon renewal day too 😀

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Thanks for the great feedback, Adam! So great to hear that 🙂 If you send me your login email to, I can check when you can get the new GR in your account. Stay tuned!

  • Michał Saganowski

Great stuff. Finally all new GetResponse. Can’t wait to give it a spin 😉

  • Adam

Dear Karolina, Thank you. I will send email right away.
    Regards, Adam

  • Hello. Was the BETA offered to existing clients? How did I miss this. I was about to downgrade but a CRM may make the difference – as I like to many other elements of GR (been around for a few years now). Please advice how to learn more about the BETA. thank you 🙂

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi @KarenMcMillan:disqus , we’re gradually rolling the new GetResponse (BETA) to all customers who are using the US English version of the panel, so if you are among them, you should be able to see it in your account within the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!

  • Karolina Kurcwald

    Thanks Michał!

  • VinM

Exciting news to hear. I was in a holding pattern on various solutions. To be honest I never got to give the trial a fair shake due to time constraints – there were some things I liked about GR (particulaly the value/feature set) but in some cases the interface felt dated. The new interface looks encouraging. One thing I had suggested was a set of automation shortcuts/templates for various automation scenarios to make things a bit faster. Another suggestion was a porting service (paid or free) to help people migrate, contacts, forms, landing pages, funnels etc. Since the CRM is of interest as well, I was wondering if you have a web page which details the current beta features and proposed launch release features as well as some screen shots so can check it out more. CRM is both a centralized contact management tool but also a great way to track attribution and revenues from various marketing sources. Often some CRMs do one part well and not the other (weird contact screens for example) or don’t facilitate attribution tracking. Some do it pretty well, Zoho for example has a built in AdWords tracker which helps track leads down to the ad/cost level but of course they don’t come close in terms of email marketing automation, landing pages and other GR features. Can you elaborate a bit on the contact management screen as well as how we would be able to track and attribute revenues from various marketing sources?

  • Vic Williams

I would like to receive this new layout. Could you tell me if and when that will happen?

  • Amazing, I can’t wait to use your new dashboard and tools. I am a loyal customer.

  • Thanks for letting me know, Karolina. Look forward to seeing. 🙂

  • Michal Leszczynski

Thanks @LateekThaEvilVillain:disqus, soon enough, you’ll see it in your account :). We appreciate the patience and your enthusiasm!

  • Michal Leszczynski

Hey Vic Williams, as Karolina replied below 🙂 we’re gradually rolling out the new dashboard to all customers who are using the US English version of the panel. If you are among them, you should be able to see it in your account within the next few weeks 🙂

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi there, thanks for your comment! For now, you’ll find more info in our FAQs (look for CRM):, including a video showing how the CRM works: Hope that answers some of your questions.
As mentioned in the post, at this point, you need to be on a paid account to test the new interface (and CRM), but we should be able to get it to everyone in September.
If you have any more detailed questions, just send them my way ( and I’ll do my best to answer them for you.

  • I’ve been testing out the new GetResponse. My single favorite feature appears to be missing, which is the Search Contacts box that searches both email address and name at the same time. That search box is so incredibly convenient and fast – I remember thinking “way cool!” the first time I tried it out. Will that search box be added to the new GetResponse?

  • Michal Leszczynski

Hey @justmarkham:disqus, we’ve got that feedback a few times now… and that’s why we’re bringing it back :)! Thanks for trying out the new GetResponse and sharing your thoughts with us. Hopefully that will make your experience even more enjoyable.

  • Excellent! That’s great news.

  • Ian Gilmour

I’m thinking about signing up for the trial, the new CRM has sold me on it. Will the trial be on the new version or old?

  • Adam

It`s end of June and I cannot see any changes upon login. Is this because my plan is totally different than current ones? (I have too good deal to change anything at the moment)

  • Krista Wiltbank

Geoff, please keep an eye out for the new GetResponse next week! 🙂

  • Chad Fullerton

Been playing around with the new GetResponse, and I’m really liking it! GetResponse has stepped up their game to really make it an integrated marketing hub. The drag and drop dashboard is something I haven’t seen on the other marketing platforms where I can actually pick the widgets and move them around to suit my needs and get a fast birds-eye view. I’ve been using Trello and Streak CRM, but the GetResponse CRM tool looks just as good and has a nice clean interface.

It’s nice to see that GR is taking the approach where everything is built around a centralized contacts database/list. I’m excited to give it a try and integrate it into my daily business workflow. I’m intrigued by the image in this blog post that appears that there is a way to feed contacts/customers from WooCommerce directly into GR and keep their data synced. Curious to see how to do that!

The new Contacts screen is nice, my suggestion would be to add a global ‘search’ box at the top where I can type any e-mail or name and it returns in real-time a result (ajax) of the contacts matching that, no matter which list they are in. Right now you have to go through some advanced ‘conditions’ and select ‘name’ or ’email’ from dropdowns, too many clicks still. But that’s the only big thing I’ve noticed, the rest of the user experience is much better and greatly improved from the old GR! 🙂

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi Chad, thanks very much for the feedback! We’re constantly improving the tool, and that involves the search mechanisms, too. And I’m happy to say you can now actually search by name or email (see the attached screenshot). Anything else on your mind, let us know!

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Thanks Solah! Glad to have you as our customer, and hope you’ll love the new interface.

  • Chad Fullerton

Excellent! Awesome customer service! Thanks for implementing that so fast.

  • Amazing features, can’t wait to try them out! Keep up with the great work 🙂

PS: When will the new GR launch in Spain?

  • Steve Husting

Feedback: When I click on Dashboard > Email Marketing, then click on any newsletter name, the loading spinner plays, then returns me to the same list. Same thing if I click on the newsletter’s menu icon at far right and click on “Re-use.” I’m pretty sure the newsletter selected should open up for full editing as in the former site. Hope you can correct this — I use this process every time.

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi Steve, thanks very much for the feedback. I’ll make sure the team looks into this.

  • Karolina Kurcwald

Hi Samantha, thanks! We should be ready with the Spanish version some time in September, so stay tuned!

  • Karolina Kurcwald

@stevehusting:disqus Hi again, Steve! Since it looks like we can’t reproduce this on our end, could you please send me an email to: I’ll need your login email and the browser you’re using. I’ll have the dev team look into this (if the problem still occurs).

  • Steve Husting

This is now fixed! It works as expected. Thank you!

    Great, you guys are fantastic.

  • GetResponse has really stepped up their game. I’ve used every autoresponder out there and GetResponse blows them all away in my opinion and with this new command center I’m really excited to use the new version.I hate using separate tools for everything and it’s nice to have all these features in one interface. Thanks for the updates!

  • Michelle McClintock

How does this integrate with lead capture tools? Does this handle lead capture at events?

  • Very good concept you have bring, having all the features in one tool. Thanks for sharing this blog and the updates.

  • Good work, Amazing features.Well done keep up the good work going.
