Small details can make a big difference. We know that all too well. That’s why we’ve now equipped you with a handy new tool that allows you to see all the details of your contacts in one place – to make managing your list even easier.
The new tool, called Subscriber History, is now available when you view contacts in your account.
How does it work?
When you click on a contact, a box will pop up with all the available data for that contact in one place. Not only can you view it, you can also change it without having to navigate to other sections of your account.
What will you see?
The Subscriber History will now accommodate all the details the contact provided at sign-up, along with the names of the campaign(s) and the follow-up cycle they’re currently in. You’ll also see the custom fields you’ve assigned to your contact and be able to assign new ones.
The Subscriber History will show you what and when the subscriber opened or clicked in your campaign and how the contact subscribed.
Plus, if your contacts use a gravatar picture across the web, you’ll see it next to their data. Your subscribers will no longer be anonymous to you – imagine what this means in terms of personalizing your campaigns!
How can you use it?
What will make your life even easier when you’re managing your campaigns is that you can edit the data within this same window.
Just hover over any line and click to edit. The data changes will be saved automatically when you close the box.
