How to add a webinar form to my website?

You can now add a webinar signup form to your websites created with the Website Builder.

If you’ve already scheduled webinars, drag and drop the webinar module to your website. The rest happens automatically. To make your life easier, the webinar you created last is always selected by default. Obviously, you can decide which webinar to promote on your website.

When you drag the module to your website, the webinar module includes the title, date, time zone, fields to enter the name and email address and a join button.

You will only be able to add a webinar form to your website, when you enable registration in your webinar settings.

How to add the webinar form to your website

  1. When in the Website Builder editor, click on the Add elements button.
  2. Drag and drop the Webinar signup form element into your page content. Note that the editor will highlight the spots where you can drop it.

Absolute positioning

Enable this option to move icons to any place on your website.

Note: we only recommend using this option if you have some unusual design that can’t be created in any other way. Using objects with absolute positioning can make your page less responsive on mobile devices.

Decide between Absolute and Fixed positioning and adjust the settings to your needs. This option allows you to place the element anywhere on the page. The element will be positioned by pixel and not relative to your visitor’s screen, so it can influence the way the form is displayed on various devices.

Hide on mobile devices

Enable this option to hide the webinar signup form when your page is opened on a mobile device to make it simpler and faster.
