Further Updates

We would like to thank all of our customers who provided such valuable feedback over the last few days. This has enabled us to identify issues and take corrective actions to provide you with the best possible version of GetResponse 6.0.
The development of GetResponse 6.0 is ongoing as we strive to resolve all of the cases you have submitted. As you know, this is our biggest release ever and, with your help, we intend to make it the best in our history!

You can find updates on all of the issues we are addressing here:

    • Problems with webforms

    Latest Update:
Firstly let us inform you that we believe 90% of all webform and custom URL issues have been solved. We have tested this intensely and also have various customer feedbacks confirming this.
However, we would like to give instructions to those customers who may still be experiencing some technical difficulties.
To solve this issue, replace your current webform with the forms available in your GetResponse 6.0 panel and if you require, re-insert your custom URL destination. You have the ability to customize your new form using the ‘RAW HTML VERSION’. Here you can copy and paste the HTML coding for your form and make changes you see fit.
If you have an existing webform that is not working correctly, but wish to continue with this webform please submit a ticket to our support team with the following title. ‘Webform – Submitted For Testing’. Include in this ticket your account name and the URL where your webform exists. We will try to resolve these requests individually as soon as possible.
Some clients report that their webforms experienced issues with charencoding. If you decide to use our new webforms, this issue is solved automatically. If you want to stay with your current webform, please make sure that you have attribute ‘accept-charset’ in tag ‘form’ set to ‘utf-8′, that is ‘
