For some time now we’ve also offered support via an online forum. However, in the interests of maintaining our high levels of service, we’ve made the decision to take the customer support forum down so we can focus on the more active channels.
The truth is that the support forum wasn’t being used as much as our other support channels and we felt it was best for all if we targeted our efforts at those channels which seem to be preferred by our community.
This doesn’t mean we are abandoning the idea of a community forum altogether. It just means for now, we are going to concentrate on the channels with are most popular with our customers.
